All UK item(s) are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
The Royal Mail allocates a unique tracking number to each package. This number is logged by Davidsons Ltd in order for us to track the parcel to its destination. If goods are not received with the time-frame stipulated (7-14 days), please contact Davidsons Ltd by telephone on +44 (0)191 232 2551 or email email@example.com. The item will be tracked using the unique Royal Mail tracking number to locate its whereabouts and the customer will be informed.
All parcels require to be signed for. If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, a card will be left with a point of contact. Please follow the instructions to re-schedule delivery. This is not something Davidsons Ltd is able to assist with.
We only take payment from cards registered in the UK and make deliveries to UK addresses only.
Delivery charge of £8 will be added to your order at the ‘checking out’ stage of the transaction. Charges may change from time to time.
For items in stock, delivery will be 7-14 days from the day the order is received and payment successfully processed. When an item is on order from our supplier, we will notify you of an approximate delivery date. In this instance please allow for approximately 4-6 weeks for delivery. If there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you via telephone or email.
Once you have completed an online purchase, we will send you a confirmation email. The email will contain the details of your purchase, contact information we have for you and our contact information should there be an error in your order details. If you have not received your confirmation email within 12 hours, please firstly check your junk mail box and then contact us on telephone +44(0)191 232 2551 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that we can only dispatch item(s) to the billing address.
Cancelling an Order
If you have placed an order and wished to cancel it, you have 7-days from the date of order to do so. Upon receiving your order confirmation email, please send your cancellation to email@example.com and state clearly the order number that you wish to cancel and your reasons for this. If, however, your order has arrived within the 7-day period, please follow the returns procedure.
Jewellery Not In Stock
We endeavour to have all of jewellery shown online in-stock at all times. For special orders, i.e. ring sizes and colour variations, we advise customers to contact us directly via email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone +44 (0) 191 232 2551. Our friendly staff will be more than happy to assist you. Items must be paid in full upon order and we advise a delivery time of 4-6 weeks. You will be notified if the item comes into stock before this time.
